Utility Customer Satisfaction.
Surveyed 150 top utility executives concerning their
attitudes toward specific electrical equipment suppliers. Also researched
organizational changes in utilities brought about by the Utility Deregulation Act.
Insurance Preference & Awareness.
We conducted in-depth interviews with hundreds of
insurance brokers and agents in 20 important markets around the country, determining their
attitudes toward specific insurance carriers, and also researching their preferences in
products, etc. for the important upper income market. Note that we have
extensive experience researching the insurance brokerage community.
Finance Company Market Analysis.
Developed an in-depth report on an important and
highly competitive region of the country, with specific recommendations for future
marketing actions.
Aerospace Customer Satisfaction.
Conduct tracking surveys for
leading aerospace companies. In one case, conduct lengthy interviews with civilian
executives and military officers focusing on satisfaction with products/services,
perceptions of competitors, company communications, etc. For another client,
interview international airline executives on technical support, pricing, other issues.
Readership Surveys.
Working for a major consumer magazine, the focus was on advertising
awareness, product preferences, and purchasing intentions.
Virtual Banking.
We conducted this series of executive interviews for a leading financial
services company. Extensive research into trends in online services such as bank at
home, Internet trading, etc.
Broker-Dealer Preferences.
This aimed at insurance professionals nationwide, focusing on variable
investment products, such as mutual funds.
Market Analysis.
Our survey was conducted for a major appliance manufacturer. Here we
interviewed wholesalers and retailers to thoroughly research demand for a redesigned major
appliance.
List-Building & Corporate Promotion.
Following comprehensive telephone research on
customer attitudes and preferences, acquired targeted prospect list from our network of contacts and
designed comprehensive corporate identity and promotional program for a service business
geared to high-income individuals. Program consisted of ongoing promotional
newsletter, website launch and promotion, advertising in appropriate upscale magazines.
Eastern Europe Consulting.
In an on-site assignment, assisted a major European
telecommunications company in design of market research activities. Trained
staff, designed company-wide research program.
Mail Survey.
In-depth mail survey aimed at
business executives. Surveys comprised of short-answer and
open-ended questions. High response rate. Client very
satisfied with numerous helpful comments and suggestions offered by
respondents.
Food Product Focus Groups.
Assisted major food producing
group in development of import-export plan for unusual vegetable
crop. Consumer focus groups discussed taste, perceptions of
product, reactions to possible advertising themes.
Mortgage Broker Customer Satisfaction.
In a twice-yearly
tracking study for a major mortgage origination company, TAI surveys
several hundred broker customers per wave: active new customers, active
older customers, inactive customers. Actionable, in-depth customer
comments captured verbatim by executive interviewers.
